CTMS not printing lab barcode labels

Merged from Ticket#15183:

Dear,

For 10 minutes now, no one  not gotten their barcode labels when receiving ambient samples.

In sample reception from external sources, I can receive my samples, and they get designated to the lab for testing. But the application doesn’t print the new labels needed for CRI to process these samples.

No I’ll have to wait half an hour before I can manually print these labels (CTMS needs 30 minutes before showing the new “lab”-barcode).

Is there anything that can be done?

Kind regards,

Hi Jolan,

As discussed during the Teams Group Ilse created, the problem was identified as a DNS issue caused by an update made earlier today by IT Infra which had as a consequence that there was no more connection from CTMS to Mirth starting around 10:18 when the last order came in. We were unaware of this change and issue until it was reported to us by you and Ilse.

The problem was resolved after IT Infra reverted the configuration in the DNS settings.

Kind regards

Kevin

Dear,

We have tried on logging off and doing reception on different PC’s and accounts. Noone is getting their labels at this point. This is holding all samples back. If we need to print all labels manually, this delay will increase by a lot.

Can this be looked into asap, please.

Thanks in advance,

Jolan
